Product Description
AY-K3900 is a full-automatic multi-function imaging system integrating gel imaging, chemiluminescence and bioluminescence imaging, equipped with a white light transmission plate, which is used for the detection and analysis of digital images of protein and DNA samples in gel and membrane. The detection range includes: chemiluminescence, fluorescence (ultraviolet, red, green, blue) and white light imaging. AY-K3900 chemiluminescence imaging system ♦ Product Features 1. Equipped with the latest generation of refrigeration industrial cameras, 9 million pixels (optional 23.65 million pixels) 2. Equipped with an F/0.95 large aperture fixed focus lens (optional F/0.8 lens); 3. Standard drawer style dual position load focusing platform, optional computer-controlled load lifting platform 4. Users can set their own timer to automatically turn off the light source for 0-60 minutes 5. The anti scattering sample stage reduces the impact of light scattering to a minimum 6. The dark box is equipped with a top mounted white light source
The chemiluminescence imaging system is suitable for chemiluminescence, multicolor fluorescence detection and ordinary gel detection. It uses high-resolution and low-illuminance imported refrigerated CCD, combined with a high-quality large-aperture motorized lens, which can capture extremely weak fluorescence and chemiluminescence signals. The chemiluminescence imaging system JP-K900 has a deep cooling CCD, which eliminates background noise to a large extent, and the ultra-large aperture lens collects weak signals. The chemiluminescence imaging system JP-K900 has a variety of optional fluorescent light sources and multiple motorized filter wheels to meet various experimental needs such as nucleic acid imaging and ECL imaging.
Nucleic acid detection: a variety of fluorescent dyes, such as Ethidium bromide, SYBRTMGold, SYBRTMGreen, SYBRTMSafe, GelStarTM, Fluorescein, Texas Red labeled DNA/RNA detection.
Protein detection: Coomassie brilliant blue glue, silver stain glue, and fluorescent dyes such as SyproTM Red, SyproTM Orange, Pro-Q Diamond, Deep Purple labeling glue/membrane/chip, etc.
Blotting membrane: Western Lightning, ECL, ECLplus, CDP Star, SuperSignal, CSPD, LumiGlo, Cy2, Cy3, Cy5, FITC, AlexaDyes, DyLight dyes, ProQDiamond, ProQ Emerald 300, ProQEmerald 488, IR Dye 680, etc.
