Product Description

1. Packing and fixed phase design
(1) High selectivity stationary phase: Using molecular sieves, Porapak series (such as Porapak Q), Hayesep and other porous adsorbents or polymer porous microspheres as fillers, it has high affinity for permanent gases and low boiling point hydrocarbons.
(2) Low loss fixed phase: The fixed liquid is evenly coated and evaporates less at high temperatures, ensuring baseline stability (such as carbon molecular sieve columns that can withstand high temperatures above 300 ºC).

2. Column efficiency and separation performance
(1) High column efficiency: The theoretical number of trays can reach over 3000, effectively separating structurally similar compounds (such as ethane and ethylene, acetylene and ethylene).

3. Temperature resistance and chemical stability
(1) High temperature tolerance: The maximum operating temperature can reach 200-300 ºC, suitable for high temperature aging and regeneration
(2) Chemical inertness: The packing and column material (stainless steel/glass) have no adsorption effect on inorganic gases, avoiding peak tailing.

4. Detector compatibility
(1) TCD/FID compatibility: Optimize the pore size of the filler and the polarity of the stationary phase, adapt to thermal conductivity detectors (TCD) and flame ionization detectors (FID), and achieve joint analysis of inorganic gases and organic hydrocarbons.
(2) Low dead volume design: reduces peak broadening outside the column and improves the sensitivity of trace gas detection.

5. Targeted application
(1) Permanent gas analysis: separation of gases such as hydrogen, oxygen, nitrogen, carbon monoxide, and carbon dioxide (molecular sieve columns can separate rare gases).
(2) Low boiling point hydrocarbon separation: rapid quantification of methane to pentane (Hayesep column has high separation efficiency for C1 to C5 hydrocarbons).
Trace gas detection: The pre-treatment column can remove interference such as moisture and oxygen, improving the detection limit.
