Design of ultra large volume column box

Large volume column box design, internal volume>23L, advanced internal heat exchange design, can heat or cool the chromatography column and flow path faster and more evenly, ensuring a more stable and accurate analysis process. It has dual column box independent temperature control, making it easy to install five valves and seven columns.

Newly independently developed chromatographic processing software

Equipped with snapshot preview function, the results can be viewed in advance during the collection of spectra. It supports real-time automatic integration and provides automatic identification of peak bands. For processed data, the retention time of component peaks is displayed, which is helpful for determining whether the retention time of component peaks is offset. It supports automatic output of spectrum data after stopping, channel merging, single needle injection, synchronous sequence injection, manual injection, and third-party sequence injection modes. It supports batch processing and customization of report templates. Users can edit report templates according to their own needs and export spectrum data in formats such as EXCEL, WORD, PDF, etc.

1. Pre-installation Preparation The equipment we provide is brand new, unused, fully tested before delivery, and properly packaged for long-distance transportation. We will send the installation preparation requirements in writing 10-20 days prior to shipment. Once we receive your written confirmation for shipment, we will arrange delivery on time.

2. Installation & Commissioning We will be responsible for on-site installation and commissioning until the system operates normally (for domestic orders). After successful commissioning, our senior technician (with over 3 years of experience) will provide user training on-site. The training will cover system operation, daily maintenance, safety notes, and basic troubleshooting to ensure your team can operate the instrument confidently.

3 . Warranty & Support (Domestic Service Terms) We offer a 12-month warranty from the date of acceptance. During this period, we strictly comply with relevant national after-sales service regulations and provide standard "Three Guarantees" service (repair, replacement, refund) unless otherwise agreed in the contract. During the warranty period, for any equipment malfunction caused by product issues, we will respond within 24 hours and arrive at the site within 3 working days (within China). Repairs will continue uninterrupted until the issue is fully resolved. We have permanent or authorized service centers in China with experienced technical staff and sufficient spare parts to support year-round maintenance.

4. For Overseas Customers We understand that international buyers may also require technical support and on-site service. Therefore: Remote installation guidance and online training will be provided free of charge via video conference, documents, and technical manuals. Overseas on-site services (installation, maintenance, training) are available upon request and may involve additional charges, depending on your region and service requirements.
