1. A full set of electronic automatic flow control
1.1 The gas chromatograph of Pannuo Instrument is equipped with fully imported automatic gas flow control modules in the inlet, detector and auxiliary gas, so as to achieve the best separation effect, improve the analysis efficiency, and ensure good accuracy and repeatability.
1.2 There is no need to manually adjust and measure the flow and pressure of each module one by one. All parameters can be directly input and saved in the operating software as required. The saved method parameters can be called and optimized at any time. It is efficient, accurate, simple, convenient and easy to operate. It greatly reduces the daily work and difficulty of operators.
1.3 Temperature compensation ensures accurate flow and pressure. There is no need to worry about whether the set parameters are offset or the accuracy of the gas flow is measured regularly. It is convenient for the operator to perform accurate qualitative and quantitative analysis of the target, and reduce the misjudgment of the detection results.
1.4 The constant flow control mode of the chromatographic column reduces the decrease of the column flow rate caused by the temperature program, which greatly improves the column efficiency, improves the peak shape and separation effect, and reduces the analysis time.
1.5 Through automatic information feedback, if hydrogen leaks or other gas circuits are under pressure, the instrument will automatically alarm, and if the fault cannot be eliminated within a short time, the instrument will automatically shut down the gas circuit and all heating modules, and automatically protect to prevent air burning from damaging the detector chromatogram Accidents caused by important components such as columns or hydrogen leakage.
1.6 The networked data communication and remote control system adopts the advanced and convenient 100M Ethernet communication interface, which can realize the remote measurement and control of the instrument's operating parameters (temperature, flow and various detector operating parameters) and fault self-diagnosis.
